Very beautiful Nubian style hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice location in the town. Close to civil protection department. Convenient location to visit the Abu Simbel temple. They offered complimentary fruit and bottled water. The fruit is a surprise to us.

La struttura è pulita, i bagni sono in comune ma sono talmente tanti che è come averli privati e soprattutto sono pulitissimi. Colazione locale abbondante e possibilità di fare anche cena in modo conviviale con gli altri ospiti: più che una guest house una casa in cui si vive con altri ospiti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio. L’unica nota negativa è che si trova sulla sponda occidentale del fiume, cosa che si supera senza problemi a qualsiasi ora con un traghetto che fa spola continua partendo dal lungo Nilo in corrispondenza della stazione ferroviaria (0€80). Possibilità di organizzare tour, peccato non averlo saputo prima altrimenti ci saremmo rivolti qui per Abu Simbel.

Everything, the place is paradise, the mango juice is exceptional, When you first arrive by boat to the west bank, the animals are grazing on the nile. It is the perfect place for nature lovers to unwind and explore the west bank and a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Aswan town. They do have a small boat to cross the river to the town anytime you need. Salatoo and his team are very welcoming and accommodating. They are always happy to help. Their homecooked Nubian food is the best that I have ever tasted in Aswan. I would highly recommend it. I have booked another 2 nights, and Salatoo and Melanie are very kindly organising a camal ride to the tombs of the nobles for us tomorrow. It is the kind of place that you arrive at as a guest and leave with a new family and home to come back to anytime. It is very difficult to put into words the beauty of this place 😊 😀 ❤️
