The sunsets are something else over here & Saleh and his father do everything in their power to make your stay in Jordan as lovely as possible. The food is amazing and the rooms are perfect. We did the Wadi Ghuweir trail with Hisam as our guide and loved it too. He had lovely stories to tell about nature but also about Jordanian culture. Would 100% recommend to stay at Wild Dana.

Honestly, Hobbit Village in Dana felt like one of those places you don’t want to leave. We enjoyed every moment there — the view is beautiful, the vibe is calm, and the food was genuinely tasty. The hosts were super kind and made us feel at home, and Ghost the dog was the sweetest part of the place, always around and so friendly. It felt simple, warm, and very real — not touristy at all.

I got such a warm welcome from the time I arrived to the time I left, the food is excellent, and the facilities are good considering it is very much a work in progress. The location is fantastic and the story of the lodge is inspiring.

Saif is a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome and provided us with good advice on how to make the most of our time in the area around Dana. The dinner and breakfast were both filling and delicious. While Dana can be cold, we were provided with plenty of blankets to stay warm. A highlight of our trip to Jordan was watching the sunset at a viewpoint just 5 minutes walk from the camp. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Easily accessible, though last bit of road is gravel. We were the only guests (due to low tourist numbers in general), and our host Mohammed was very generous with his time and efforts to give us a great experience there. The cooking was superb for the two dinners we paid for, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Heat was provided in the evenings to stave off the chilly weather. Our family of 5 enjoyed it immensely and would happily stay here again if we come back to Petra
