Located in Galgamuwa in the Monaragala District region, Wild Glamping Gal Oya - Thema Collection provides accommodation with free private parking. The location is wonderful. A very special place. Most of the guests only stay for a night or two. But we‘ve stayed for 5 nights and definitely recommend the same to everyone that is looking for true relaxation and fabulous service.

The tent features a private entrance, a seating area, a balcony with garden views as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower. The unit has 2 beds. I must thank everybody there for the 5 star service , it was a wonderful ad relaxing stay , the food was exceptional, my guide was the perfect guide thank you for that , if i could give you more than 10 i would , if you want to stay in a quit relaxing simple place than this is the one , the staff will make this a place to remember , they even washed my car without asking … etc

The location is perfect for visiting blocks 5 and 6 of Yala National Park. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They took us on a jeep ride in the evening at sunset to try to spot elephants, which was a lovely experience. They also offered to organize a campfire (unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t do it, but the idea was really sweet). They helped us book a taxi for our next destination and kindly allowed us a late checkout. Communication via WhatsApp and in person was excellent. As we were the only guests that night, we could choose which of the two accommodations we wanted to stay in. The tent terrace is very pleasant, with a beautiful view over the garden and surrounding fields. We even saw many peacocks around, which was amazing.

Set in Kataragama, 12 km from Tissa Wewa, Yala Beddegama Eco offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The night we spent in the treehouse was an unparalleled experience. In the Yala area, close to the famous national park, there is a small forest where the treehouses stand about 7 meters above the ground, spaced far apart to ensure complete privacy. Although the accommodation is minimal (as it should be), it features a comfortable bed enclosed in a mosquito net, a fan, a bathroom, and a shower — all handcrafted but built with very solid architecture. We had dinner at their restaurant: the food was delicious, the portions generous, and the space well cared for. Finally, the staff also arranged for a jeep driver to take us on a wonderful sunset safari. Highly recommended!!!
