Oaxaca: cerca glamping

This tent is comprised of a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with mountain views. The unit has 2 beds. We loved Casa Cid de Leon. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything - museums, wonderful restaurants and the zocalo. We were taking a week-long Spanish class and knew we would want a room that was more spacious than one with just a bed. Our room was very large and didn’t feel cramped at all. The furnishings were comfortable and interesting. We had a huge TV. Breakfast was provided on the rooftop terrace right outside. And as others have said, the house dog - Winnie - was adorable!

Guests will have a special experience as the tent provides a fireplace. The tent includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Such a nice place in the woods & not far from the city centre with a beautiful walk of about 30 min. The motor taxi cost us 50 pesos to get there from the city. There is a fire place that warms up the room quickly. The host is super nice & responsive - he came over to help us set the fire 🙂 Make sure you always have the keys with you as the doors lock once you close it.
