Royal desert camp ofrece alojamiento en Al Raka. Hay parking privado gratis y el alojamiento dispone de servicio de traslado de pago para ir o volver del aeropuerto. The tents are very authentic, the beds are big and comfortable. The place has a beautiful setting in the desert. We were welcomed by dates, coffee, fruits. We ordered a dinner, which was really delicious and rich. Also, the breakfast was a traditional arab pancake, absolutely tasty. You need a 4 WD car to get to the camp, but the host can pick you up at a designated location.

Good Omani food for both evening and morning. Camel ride at sunrise was absolutely fantastic -20omr Per Person for 1 hour. Said and his brother made us all feel extremely welcome, they were very attentive. They provided good entertainment and good conversation. You sense that the desert means something to them. Si no tienes un 4x4 para llegar al camp Ali te viene a buscar con el suyo. Hemos quedado por ubicación de wasappa a la entrada del desierto. Te lleva al Camp para que te instales en la tienda en perfectas condiciones, veas el crepúsculo (se paga aparte), cenes, veas las estrellas de noche alrededor del fuego. Relax total. Silencio y paz. Por la mañana desayuno buffet copioso. Muy agradecida por la acogida.

The stay at Desert Diamond Camp was excellent! Sultan picked us up from the meet point and took us to the camp and we were welcomed with a campfire and fresh tea and coffee! The tents were vary spacious, clean and cosy, and the bathroom facilities clean. The next morning we walked to the sand dunes and the children did sand boarding. Sultan especially and the camp staff ensured our stay was comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay in the desert!

Las tiendas son muy espaciosas, más de lo que parece en las fotos y están suficientemente separadas para tener privacidad unas de otras. Recomendamos la actividad de dune bashing.
