１．バス停の真ん前 ２．Obertraunの散策路の起点に位置し、施設自体が素晴らしい自然の中に位置する ３．自転車を借りられる ４．コンビニにまで歩いて10分、アクセス道が美しく10分が気にならない ５．16ユーロで夕食ビュフェが食べられる。スポーツ学生が多く込み合うこともあるが、結構内容が良い。 ６．使わなかったが、サウナもある ７．載せている写真が悪いが、前からではなく横から移すと立派な施設。
