The property is very lovely they are super welcoming, as Well the room is cleaned every day they refill the drinks every day. if you upgrade you get room service once a day for free and a butler and rocio was very nice even though we didn’t use her much. there’s a adult pool and pool for kids. this property is family friendly. I barely saw any kids though. they have something different every night I particularly liked the magic show and the fire show was cool. The bartender near the kids pool outside I didn’t get his name but he was great as well! We had the ocean view room. Honestly very breathtaking. There’s restaurants on property the Italian restaurant was the best and the Sol de Flor was a very tasty lunch. Unfortunately we only tried the room service breakfast but it was very good. The rooftop bar is fun as well. there’s a lot to do on property. The buffet food is okay not the best but edible. The also have people selling items at the hotel, as well you can get a free pendant. Luis who checked us in was very helpful and professional. This was our first time staying at a resort like this and we would do it again staying at grand park royal!

I made an online reservation, and upon arriving at the suites, a lady (whom I assume is the owner) informed me that the suites were closed! This left me without any accommodation at 3 pm, and I wouldn't recommend it, especially if there's a risk of your reservation not being honored or the place being unexpectedly closed.

The location is very good for access to rural cancun and isla blanca. I´ts quite and very local.
