Excellent stay! Easy check-in, great and safe location. Rooms were really clean and renovated. A/C was working perfectly. The bed was sooo comfy. I loved everything about this hotel.

Spacious room with fire place and big and comfy bed. Location is great and value for money is the best in Scottsdale in my opinion. One possible drawback, there is no breakfast, for this you would have to go to the nearby golf resort. It didn't bother me, I simply bought some snacks.

My wife and I found our stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler incredibly convenient, thanks to its location near shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access. The entire front desk team, especially manager Lukas, consistently demonstrated friendly and helpful service. Lukas in particular impressed us with his ability to turn challenging situations into positive guest experiences. Kudos and thanks to Lukas! The kitchen staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel like family, ensuring an ample and clean dining area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping efficiently handling bedding and towels. In summary, our experience at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler was exceptional. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to the area and highly recommend it for its outstanding service and convenient location.
