Host absolutely amazing. Easy communication before the arrival and during the stay. Terrific support to succeed in seeing the Norther Lights. Chalet is very beautiful, clean and very well positioned with respect to all the local activities. Super recommended.

The kindnesses of the staff. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. We had an excellent breakfast that contained local products. Freshly picked blueberries was an excellent addition to the breakfast. It is a nice relaxing place. We also tried the golf course.

Hotel Fjalar in Salo provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The hotel has an indoor pool, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property.

We stayed at this accommodation with our group for the second time. The resort itself is very charming and peaceful, and it is nice to walk around the area. We especially liked that dogs are allowed, and that each room has its own shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The sauna is large and the terrace is also spacious. The rooms come with bed linen, which is not always the case in Finland or Sweden, so that was a nice bonus. There is also a bus stop nearby that goes up the hill, which is convenient. Both times we visited during New Year’s, and there was a nice, lively atmosphere at midnight. We would happily stay here again. 🎉

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Housed in a renovated barn house next to Tuusula Golf Club, this hotel is 15 km from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. It offers free WiFi and a free morning or evening sauna.

The experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and had many good recommendations for activities during the day. The restaurant offers really good dinner and the sauna is fantastic after a day outside.
