Staff engaging the kids was a big, positive surprise. Access to the Aquashow park was excellent. The hotel's own pool area, complete with seating for parents, was excellent. Easy parking Smoking areas. Great family solution with a door between our two rooms.

Closed to Camino, in walking distance. Super nice staff. Mr Manuel, father of the manger made me a coffee in the evening when I arrived super tired and he also dropped me next day with the car back on the Camino. Super kind person with a good would. Mujas Gracias.

Everything was wonderful. I had such a nice and spacious room and a big comfortable bed for myself. I definetly would go back. The wellness was perfect and the gym is equipped, they have everyting! The breakfast was the best thing ever.

Staff was very helpful and always nice. Excellent breakfast, with great view. Atmosphere was always great, and the spa area was very roomy and relaxing.

Everything was just perfect. If coming back to Madeira, surely will come back to this hotel! On breakfast you could have whatever you desire. Mixed eggs, fresh fruits, salats, sweet pastry, pancakes, musli and yoghurt - just love it here! It was possible to sit outside but also inside in the restaurant. The room was very modern and nice. I really appreciate the bin divided in three parts - separation of plastic, paper and general waste. The beds were comfy. From the balcony we had an amazing view into garden with the ocean in the end.
