Very comfortable stay, close to WB World and Yas Express shuttles. They upgraded me to a nice apartment suite and offered little perks. The staff at reception was exceptional and kind, offered to keep my luggage after check out and were quite helpful. I didn’t get to use the pool as it was late when I arrived but it looked really nice.

This was not our first time at Park Hyatt, but it left us just as impressed as the first time. - The service on behalf of all the staff at the hotel is exceptional. This is proper five star hospitality. - The hotel is not new but is kept extreamly well. From the room to the facilities everything is very clean, the decor is very elegant and there are very nice aromas across the building. - The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the UAE. - Breakfast is exceptional. - The SPA facilities (sauna, steam bath, hot jacuzzis) are top notch. - The service provided at the pool and beach is also fantastic. Towels, comfortable sun beds and fresh water all day.
