Stadtvilla Schladming Boutiquehotel is set in a quiet side street in the centre of Schladming. There is an on-site spa area with a sauna, infrared cabin and a relaxation lounge. Very nice hotel, staff extremely helpful and observant. Super location in Schladming, easy walking distance to most/ all things. Breakfast was excellent.

This 4-star-superior hotel in the centre of Schladming, just 450 metres from the Planai Cable Car, offers a 1,500 m² spa area, a restaurant, and free WiFi. It was our second time. The service of the hotel went beyond every expectation. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is charming. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, had a nice view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the 5 meal dinner was absolutely the finest dining experience, accompanied by a great service from the whole restaurant team. And last but not least the wellness, with a dedicated sauna area, sauna infusions offered 4 times a day, that is also a top quality. We were in the pre-season, but the price–performance ratio is absolutely great.

Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

The apartment was a clean, pretty new, nice desiged, faire-price. It is located 3 minutes away from the bus stations from which you can reach Bad Gastein or Bad Hoffgastein in less than 10 minutes. The busses stop directly in front of the skii lift. The apartment had a nice small kitchen with microwave and Nesspresso machine and a dining space, which we enjoyed for having breakfast and dinner every day. The owner and his father were super helpful and kind.

The apartment was totally new, absolutely clean and very spacious. The location was excellent - 7 min walk to the lift, 5 min walk to the Alpentherme and the city center. The host was very friendly. We stayed at no 10- on the top floor - there were 5 of us but the apartment has 3 very comfortable double beds-beautiful rooms- with plenty of storage for your belongings, huge balconies, very well equipped kitchen. There is a safe available in the room too. Both bedrooms have en- suite shower . 2 toilets. Big lounge with TV ! Very very clean ! Staff are very friendly and always helpful- we bumped into a few ladies that always had a smile on their face and helped when needed. The owner also came to welcome us and was very welcoming and helpful! Ski bus stop is right outside the apartments building. Plenty of parking available. Huge ski storage in the basement of the building . Lift is also available to take you to your apartment. There is a Lovely restaurant just across the road. We felt like at home ! Highly recommend !!!
