The whole place is absolutely magical, the staff are so lovely, the food is exquisite, everything was just amazing. I recommend staying in a room with a balcony because the view is breathtaking.

I don't think there is anything bad you can say about this place. Beautiful location, wonderful hosts, great food. I will 100% be staying again. Could have had some coffee making in the room, but that is it.

Everything was perfect! Very well furnished, clean and modern hotel on an excellent location. I would like to point out helpful and polite staff, especially Jelena, and thank them for making our short stay perfect. Definitely coming back!

Clean, nicely equipped, comfortable beds. Wonderful spa/ saunas and very tasty breakfast. Would choose this place again!

Just 500 metres from the Bürgeralpe Ski Area, JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee is next to a sports centre 2 km from the centre of Mariazell. A spa area is available.
