Nice hotel and restaurant in an old brewery. They still make the beer, in the next building. You can taste the beer and very good food in the restaurant.

L'Altstadt-Hotel Passau si trova nel centro storico di Passau, a soli 700 metri dalla Cattedrale di Santo Stefano. Our room overlooked the river, had a wonderful view, the evening and early morning reflections in the river were beautiful. The room was large with 2 occasional chairs, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large, it could maybe have a few more pegs/ towel rails for towels to hang. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were all delicious.
