Very clean & had all the amenities needed for my short stay, as for the surrounding area stunningly beautiful, which is why I went, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was an absolute joy to discover this lovely place. Set in a very quiet place by the river, very comfortable and beautiful. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and we couldn't have imagined a nicer way to start our holiday. The front terrace and garden was a big plus.

Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. I loved staying at The Brookfield. The hosts were great and welcoming and the room was bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the whole atmosphere was really cozy. Breakfast was great and it was served in the sunny lounge. If I am ever back at Braunton I will definitely be staying there again!
