Nicely furnished, located in one of the nicest areas of Thessaloniki and spotless clean little apartment with everything one might need during the stay in the city. The owner was very professional and responsive and check-in, check-out process went smoothly. Free parking space is a bonus since we travelled by car. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. The street itself is busy and bit noisy with lively atmosphere thanks to the stores, bars and cafes but we knew that already, since this is not our first time visiting this area. And eventhough we are 40+ couple, we didn't mind it at all since the window isolation is sound proof solid. On the other hand, we had great choice of cafe bars to go out in the evening within reach and without going to the center. We also enjoyed drinking our first morning coffee with locals in the cafe below.

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was so clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. the apartment has a large balcony, stunning views, and above all, Effi’s amazing hospitality, taking care of everything from the smallest detail to the biggest. The owner, Maria is a lovely lady, she welcomed us with coffee and pastry when we arrived. They have a bakery just under the apartment so your breakfast is sorted every day 😅 The apartment was perfect we had everything what we needed. Very clean, comfortable and it's really just 3 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets, restaurants as well around 2 minutes on foot. Her daughter Christina was always in touch, she helped us to rent bikes (even though we went at the end of the season so most of the services were already closed). All in all, everybody was super nice and always ready to help if we needed anything. Highly recommend to book with them! We would definitely come back next time!

Before booking here, tourists should carefully research the location and facilities. This is to avoid all kinds of mean comments afterwards. The Naias villa offers apartments of different sizes at very good and friendly prices, but above all it offers IMPECCABLE CLEANING, comfort, coziness and peace (this also depends on the neighbors staying at the same time, of course). As a plus, I also mention the location, because you are 5 minutes walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants, bars, etc. We thank Thanassis' family for their impeccable service, kindness and help, and we hope to see you again soon!

Located in a tranquil area, yet 300 metres from the cosmopolitan Neos Marmaras centre, House Mistral offers self-catered accommodation with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. "Unforgettable stay with a stunning view!" I absolutely loved my stay here! The view from the balcony overlooking the city and the sea was simply magical. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness exceeded all expectations. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room had all the dishes and utensils I needed, which made everything feel like home. The host was extremely kind and thoughtful, paying attention to every little detail. I genuinely felt like the place was tailored just for me. I would definitely come back! * * * "Незаборавен престој со неверојатен поглед!" Апсолутно уживав во престојот овде! Погледот од балконот кон градот и морето беше едноставно магичен. Сè беше беспрекорно чисто — чистотата ги надмина сите очекувања. Креветот и перниците беа неверојатно удобни. Собата имаше сè што ми беше потребно, вклучувајќи и садови и прибор за јадење, што создаваше чувство како дома. Домаќинот беше исклучително љубезен и внимателен, посветува внимание на секој детал. Навистина се чувствував како сè да е направено по моја мерка. Дефинитивно би се вратила повторно!

Just 75 metres from Paradisos Beach and 1 km from Neos Marmaras village, Star Paradise Hotel is surrounded by a garden with BBQ facilities. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The hotel was very nice, room was very clean, and cleaned every day too, staff was very friendly and always helpful. Pool is perfect for families - not too deep and with lots of sun loungers and chairs. The beach, shops and restaurants/tavernas are very close too. Special thanks to the owners/managers - they were always welcoming and helpful.

Centrally located in Neos Marmaras of Chalkidiki, Sweet Home is 500 metres from the beach. Surrounded by lush greenery, it has a stone-paved courtyard with seating area, and a snack bar. Really lovely place. Hosts are very kind and hospitable. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every other day. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and fresh, and every day they change it a bit. It is mostly a quiet street and the sound between rooms seems to be very well insulated (or we were just lucky to have quiet neighbors? :) We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.
