La atención del personal es muy cálida. Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El spa es muy bueno.

There were nine of us, and we booked four rooms. One of the rooms had an issue with the bathroom, and in less than ten minutes, we were given another room. We spent three wonderful days there. I am Spanish, and my family is from Johor, Malaysia. We were all delighted with our stay. As you can see from my profile, I have stayed at many hotels in different countries. Honestly, I find it difficult to understand some of the negative reviews because they do not reflect our experience at all. No hotel is 100% perfect; if someone wants to find a minor fault, they always will. At check-out, the hotel made a mistake and forgot to refund my deposit. However, they contacted me themselves via WhatsApp and email, apologised, and the money has already been transferred back to me. Based on my experience travelling around the world, I can say that very few hotels show this level of humility, honesty and professionalism when they make a mistake. I am not giving them a 5—I am giving them a 10. I highly recommend staying at Nongsa Point Marina & Resort. We would definitely return.
