The area is bustling with numerous restaurants, making dining options plentiful and varied. The room offered a comfortable bed and boasted a good view, enhancing our overall comfort. A unique touch is the decoration, which features many references to Miyazaki cartoons; our son was thrilled to see his favorite character, Totoro, included. Additionally, the host provides flexible check-in and check-out times, which was crucial for us and greatly appreciated.

The hotel is spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The facilities are top-notch, with everything from great breakfast to infinity pool making it perfect for both relaxation and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Selles viietärnikuurordis on toateenindus, ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. it’s a new hotel and the amenities were great. we enjoyed lounging by the restaurant pool, the massage and our own private jacuzzi. any time we wanted something we approached the staff and they would make it happen. they were always friendly and professional. The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!
