The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. The owner Mary was were welcoming as soon as we arrived & allow us a slightly early check in. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable & clean. There was no pressure to check out in the morning & Mary personally brought us to their lovely restaurant in the garden centre for breakfast. This was delicious & staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend Ballycannon Lodge & will definitely be our go to place to book if staying in Adare again.

We have so many fabulous memories made in the amazing barn conversion and having our own private bar.

I wish I knew the fridge was fully stocked for breakfast items as we stopped at a store and purchased the same items to cook a full Irish breakfast. I'm sure the next guest will put the items to good use. We hope to come back for a longer stay to explore my wife's family ancestry area, and meet with the locals who know the history of the area.
