Featuring mountain views, Self catering apartment at Beechwalk House. Offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1.9 km from Powerscourt House, Gardens and Waterfall. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 7 km from National Sealife Aquarium. The self-catering apartment was fitted out with enough groceries and kitchen items to allow us to have an abundance of fresh fruit, healthy wheat bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam, coffee, tea and sweets. It was clearly well thought out and perfect for our plans. An abundance of local brochures were available which helped us prioritize our activities. The location was close to the village and beautifully landscaped, with amazing views of the mountains. Brendan was an extraordinary host and when we asked if he knew of a local driver to make our tour through the Wicklow Mountains more enjoyable, he was able to connect us with Robert Kavanaugh within minutes for a custom tour that also far exceeded our expectations!

Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.

Powerscourt Hotel grounds also include two 18-hole championship golf courses.
There are so many positive things to comment on. We loved our room - especially our nice big walk in wardrobe and bathroom. The calming colours, the cleanliness, the spaciousness were all here (alot of the times in other hotels something is lacking but not here). We ate dinner at the Sally Gap, I was very impressed with how smooth everything ran especially as they had only just re-opened. The food was delicious - my veg burger was the best I have ever eaten (and I've eaten many), my Mum had steak and it was cooked exactly as she requested. Breakfast was perfect, as I like fresh fruit and coffee and my Mum enjoys a hot breakfast so both our needs were met. I absolutely loved the pool where I enjoyed a quiet adult only morning swim. Every single member of staff we interacted with were friendly yet professional, I wish all hospitality staff could be like this! I can honestly say this was one of the best short break hotel experiences I've ever had.

Dinner in the bar was lovely, breakfast in restaurant was also lovely with a great view of golf course. Our room was beautiful but due to a radiator issue we were upgraded to a fabulous suite.
Nice place for a short escape, room very clean, bed wasn’t really comfortable, bathroom had all the toiletries, the little garden outside our room was nice with a good view to the golf course. The spa was really good, nice sauda, steam room and the hot-tub was just amazing! Breakfast was good, but the Straberry Tree restaurant was fantastic, I highly recommend this restaurant, organic ingredients and a mix of flavours that will blow your mind. Staff very polite and helpful.
Location close to Druids Glen golf course. Friendly and pleasant staff
Breakfast was perfect and plenty of choice. Hosts were very welcoming and told us a lot about the b and b and the nearby hotel and golf course
Clearly the Hotel had been updated as very clean and new looking inside. Golf course looked great, but a shame you're not allowed to have a walk around unless playing gold. Views over lake were lovely and in the sun the grounds were amazing.
Lovely friendly staff. Very clean comfortable bedroom. Lovely fresh breakfast. Great value. Lots of golf courses close by.
Breakfast was delicious overlooking golf course. Perfect
The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the golf course. The staff went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. The food was devine, we had steak and the burger and it was sooo soo good!
staff excelent, breakfast fab, room comfy and excelent views over golf course
