The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with DVD player. The guest house features family rooms. Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in the residential part of Ferrara. Good communication with the owner. Generally easy parking, convenient access with a key card. The apartment & hall have a nice design, everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed. The window blinds make the room super dark when closed if you like that. Not a problem for me, but if you want to mostly spend time in the center, just be aware that it's about ~12 min fast walk just to the city walls.

The property features garden and city views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The most amazing location and accomodation. Staff (Monika and team) could not have done enough to assist us. They were incredible from check in through to check out nothing was too much trouble.
