The staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked at the bar for aperol spritz to go, and they went and got plastic cups so we could take them to the beach. Everyone in the reception was very friendly and helpful, so were the staff at breakfast. The room was impeccable. Big bathroom, big balcony. Will go back 100%.

Location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to Este Castle and town center. We stayed in the Anex room (family of 4) and the room was very spacious, had a kitchen (no oven) but we'll equipped with new pots and pans, cutlery etc. bathroom was huge and great shower. Breakfast was also superb with homemade cakes and biscuits. We really loved our stay at Hotel de Prati and would highly recommend it.

I have only positive things to say.

This hotel has been completely refurbished and extended but still retains its elegant, Art-Nouveau design. It features a paid parking. It was our second time in this hotel. We really like the architecture and design of this hotel. Really amazing perfume in this hotel! Friendly staff, good rooms and we even received presents from the hotel! Even our dog received presents! We were really surprised by that!

Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with DVD player. The guest house features family rooms. Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in the residential part of Ferrara. Good communication with the owner. Generally easy parking, convenient access with a key card. The apartment & hall have a nice design, everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed. The window blinds make the room super dark when closed if you like that. Not a problem for me, but if you want to mostly spend time in the center, just be aware that it's about ~12 min fast walk just to the city walls.

The property features garden and city views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The location of the Relais is just perfect. The view and the whole atmosphere of the property was so relaxing and picturesque. Our room looked over the pool and was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We also had lunch at the restaurant across the road run by the owners which was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs. Would highly recommend.
