Located just 1 km from Ischia's historic centre, the family-run Hotel Pineta offers 2 outdoor thermal pools, a Kneipp walk, a restaurant and a pool bar. The location is not too far from the port, €15-€20 by taxi. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. Loved the small balcony. The swimming pool was clean and not too crowded & you could buy a swimming hat from the reception desk. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Hotel Giardino Delle Ninfe features natural thermal pools, a luxury wellness centre, and pretty gardens. Great views, great location, funky old school family run style, friendly staff, unexpected hot spring on the premises and tasty pistachio ice cream from the lobby fridge.
