Lovely little hotel, amazing staff who provided great recommendations and were super helpful. Gym and indoor pool were exactly what we needed post running the Palermo Half Marathon. Hotel is in a great location - 10 min from the station and in walking distance of everything.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully renovated apartment with our family. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo—central, lively, yet peaceful thanks to excellent window insulation. While it's on a busy street, we slept very well; light sleepers may appreciate earplugs, though we didn’t find it necessary. The apartment itself is stunning: high ceilings, original floors, and stylish, modern furniture. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and having an elevator in the building was a definite plus. We were especially touched by the generous welcome gift—such a lovely gesture! Communication with the host was effortless. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and quick to respond. He even offered professional cleaning services, fresh towels, and airport transport (all for very reasonable fees), which made everything feel seamless and luxurious. There’s a coffee machine, which we really enjoyed using in the mornings in addition to the 2 balconies. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when returning to Palermo. This apartment was simply too good to take the risk.

Apartemendil on ka privaatne sissepääs.... Very friendly, communication was great. Our flight was delayed, we arrived at 1.30 AM, but the lady welcomed us very nicely.

Beautifully designed and the owner and his son are very kind. I loved the breakfast which was made with so much thought and care. There is a nice outdoor area to read and the location is excellent!

Absolutely a wonderful and recommended place to stay! The rooms are spacious, lovely decorated and perfectly clean. The rooms have balconies and the windows cancel noise perfectly (I stayed in 2 different rooms so I can tell). The residence is located about 5 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo, so it is pretty close to everything. Cafes with great food 1 minute walk from the residence (by Salvo's advice, see below), and many shops as well. Salvo (Salvatore) the host is extremely nice and welcoming, has a very good english, and would happily help in anything. Beyond being a great guy, he recommends great local places to eat that are not written in the books, so don't hesitate to ask him! An underground parking lot is located 50 meters away, for 13 euro/day.

The stay was perfect, the house is very clean and just a few minutes walk from the center. Domenico was a great host, very helpful and generous, he gave us great advices and information that makes our stay perfer. Highly recommended.

The hotel is impeccable, beautiful rooms and friendly welcoming staff. The location is also perfect with valet parking. We really enjoyed our stay, a highlight was the sauna in our room!
