A recently renovated property, Jazz e Cioccolato GuestHouse free parking in città is situated in Perugia near San Severo Church - Perugia, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. Really well decorated, comfortable beds, helpful and welcoming host! Stefania provided several recommendations for restaurants in the area. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the apartment to Old Town Perugia, the escalators are very helpful and the way back is all down hill.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Egle. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful old palace atmosphere that's been transformed into a comfortable guest house. The property is surrounded by and expansive and well-kept garden with an amazing view over the area. The room blended historic beauty with modern comforts and was exceptionally clean. Although I didn't travel with a dog, I was delighted to meet the owner's puppy and to learn that the property is dog friendly. I highly recommend Villa Egle, especially for couples seeking a romantic escape. It is conveniently located just a short distance from Perugia and from the many picturesque hamlets of the Umbria region.

37 km from Perugia Cathedral, Agriturismo A Casa Mia Gubbio is a recently renovated property situated in Gubbio and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. It was very nice and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay at this nice place.

Offering quiet street views, JAZZ Apartment Centro storico is an accommodation situated in Perugia, less than 1 km from San Severo Church - Perugia and 22 km from Train Station Assisi. I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It has a very pleasant size, it is very clean and very well equipped. The location could hardly be better, since it is just a few steps from the most valuable part of the city center (through the Rocca Paolina) and yet extremely calm. The funicular, that takes you easily to the train station, is also very close.

Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, CorteViva Boutique B&B is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Perugia, 14 km from Train Station Assisi. Corte Viva is a wonderful, updated farmhouse with all of the amenities. Federico did a great job with the restoration, and has a gorgeous collection of old and new furnishings & art. It was a delight to stay there. The sun room area for breakfast was very enjoyable and complemented an excellent breakfast. The location is close to both Perugia and Assisi. Federico is a super host, very informative and helpful with suggestions of places to visit other than the most obvious attractions in the area - even suggesting a hot spring spa for us on our way to Siena. Brava!

Set just 11 km from Perugia Cathedral, B&B Il Girasole offers accommodation in Corciano with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen. Nice location and very decent accommodation. Decent breakfast, though very sweet based. Parking inside is a big plus. I recommend this location.

Well-kept surroundings. Large and clean swimming pool. Sufficient number of sunbeds. Barbecue available with equipment. Well-maintained volleyball court, balls available. Apartment clean, comfortable and spacious, well-equipped with kitchen utensils. Very nice owner and his son are always there to help. In the nearby town you can buy everything you need. Located in Castiglione del Lago, Il Torrione offers beachfront accommodation 48 km from Piazza Grande and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. This is an amazing B&B. Monica is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet her. The views of the lake from the lovely garden are even better than in the photos. We had a lovely, quiet and comfortable room. A delicious breakfast in the garden was such a treat. It is in a great position in the old town. We are so pleased that we chose this B&B.
