Located in Ikuno, 45 km from Toyooka City History Museum, Japan's oldest remaining company housing provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. We fell in love with the house and the little town of Ikuno. The house was big and spacious for three people, also we enjoyed the kotatsu and the bathtub the most. The kitchen was also well equipped and the owner very responsive and friendly!

Yuko-san did an absolutely amazing work with the place! The vibe is really welcoming and the rooms are super comfortable. Yuko-san’s cooking is also amazing :)

2.3 km from Kinumaki Shrine in Toyooka, Asagiriso offers accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, spa facilities and public bath. Our stay at Asagiriso was beautiful. The place is nice and very convenient.

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Tocen Goshobo. It was just a few minutes walk away from the bus stops. The onsen bath was atmospheric and the temperature felt just right (not too hot even for inexperienced bathers). The staff was wonderfully welcoming, the room lovely and the futon beds extra comfortable. The Arima onsen village was bigger than we expected, several dinner options (we opted for only breakfast (was superb!) at the Tocen Goshobo).

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Tetsu-juro former Ogunis residence, Himeji Castles back parlor-like"400-year-old inn" provides accommodation with ski-to-door access and free... Beautiful garden view from the cypress bath. Beautiful accommodation and very clean. We loved the hospitality of the host who took us for a guided tour of the local attractions (shrines, temples, and the local yokai spots) We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend going.

Set in Toyooka, within 13 km of Toyooka City History Museum and 26 km of Ito Kiyonaga Museum, ワンコと泊まるジャスミンクリーク offers accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi as well as free private... We felt so welcomed in this Inn while traveling with our dog. The room was wide with very comfortable beds, kitchen and spacious, clean bathroom. Big surprise was large dog run/ garden and onsen that you can use privately. Our dog enjoyed running in the garden and the view of the garden from the room.

田舎の宿 吉田屋, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Ōgo, 5.4 km from Misaka Shrine, 7.4 km from Shakubuji Temple, as well as 8.3 km from Miki Athletic Stadium. It was one of the best experiences in Japan. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, doing their best to make us feel at home. We stayed after dinner, discussing about every one of us while drinking sake and beer and it was amazing! The hot pot for dinner and the breakfast were very good. Moreover, the outdoor bath was amazing!
