We ate in almost every other day. Simple kitchenware was provided. The scenery was simply amazing - so peaceful and quiet. Felt like a homestay experience. Great base to explore the Aso region.

Aia ja vaikse tänavavaatega Himawari asub Minami Asos, 36 km kaugusel Suizenji pargist ja 39 km kaugusel Kumamoto lossist. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade mägedele ja aiale. The owner was so welcoming. Facility was well decorated and super clean. We got upgraded to a better room, which had view of Mt Aso. Bed was comfortable. Hotel looks better than the photos.

Let me start with an advise; when you come to Japan go to Kyushu and stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy our last evening here (we stayed 5 nights) and this hotel is excellent. The location, the room (we stayed in the suite), the food, but most of all the excellent staff. The staff make you feel welcome, the service is warm and personal, yet professional at the same time. They know who you are from the moment you arrive. One of the best performances we experienced and we travel a lot. My wife has a rare allergy and they provided special meals for here. Exceptional. The hotel is also very clean and is recently renovated. The onsen in the room and the public one are comfortabel / beautiful. The location is perfect to visit Mount Aso, Kumamoto, Beppu, Oita, Takachiho gorge et cetera. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I really appreciate that they took my special requests seriously. The service is superb. The place is so beautiful, spacious and clean. The food is great.

金春 -in KONPAL Penthouse-, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Kikuyo, 5 km from Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto, 13 km from Suizenji Park, as well as 14 km from Kumamoto Castle. Very spacious penthouse apartment that has access to rooftop terrace with street and Mt Aso view. We enjoyed going up the rooftop terrace to just chill, read a book, have a drink and enjoy the Kumamoto weather. Deck chairs, chairs and table provided too. Heating, ventilation and lighting is sufficient for comfort in all seasons. The place is tastefully decorated and super well equipped kitchen like a good quality home. The bar counter with bar stools and large dining table are great for hosting a get together. There are board games, big TV, a set of golf clubs and putting mat for use. Many cans of beer were provided in the fridge for our consumption. Bathroom is big and the bathtub fitted 2 persons very comfortably. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Host was helpful and precise with instructions that made check-in very smooth. Definitely a Value-for-money place which we will return to!

Rental villa Gontaya asub Takamoris, Kumamoto lossist 50 km, Aso mäest 25 km ja KK Wingsist 39 km kaugusel. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus on Egao Kenko staadionist Kumamoto 40 km kaugusel. Gontaya was such a lovely stay. The cabin is cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set in a scenic, peaceful area — the kind of place you genuinely don’t mind staying in and slowing down. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making it easy to settle in and relax. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A fun bonus was getting to meet Gonta, the villa’s celebrity dog — absolutely charming and a great touch to the experience. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, so having a car is recommended, as public transport access may be limited. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing getaway that we truly enjoyed.

Aia ja rõduga AsoSweet asub Egao Kenko staadionist Kumamoto umbes 22 km kaugusel. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade aiale. Kohapeal on pakihoid ja piknikuala. If you have a car, location is excellent with a separate Onsen only steps away, where they offer public and private rooms. It's also convenient to get to the trails of Mt Aso and other local sightseeing. The home itself if wonderful with 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 western, 1 tatami mats), and a full bath on main level with kitchen, dining, living, and many electronics available to use. They are even very generous with some supplies in the refrigerator (which we greatfully used as we forgot to buy Mayo at the store) and access to some shochu (which we conservatively sampled a few of the open bottles). The views are wonderful and we were there in the autumn and you could see the colors of the valley. We would HIGHLY recommend. We did exploring and hiking during the day and returned home to Onsen and then end the day with board games. It was perfect!

Amakusa Tenku No Fune asub Kami Amakusas Kumamoto piirkonnas. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla ja kuumaveeallikate saun. Room was spacious and had picturesque views across the inlet. Private Onsen was excellent. Restaurant setting took advantage of the location, staff were professional and attentive.

Hitoyoshi Morinohall Daamid... Hotell Female Only asub mugavalt 4-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Hitoyoshi jaamast ja 5-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Hitoyoshi ristmikust. I love here very much! Very recommended for those who come to Hitoyoshi for Natsume Yuujincho, or any other purpose. I stayed here with a fun time. They were very friendly to me, and the space was clean and nice, I had a few days high quality sleep there. Will be sure to come back again next time I visit Hitoyoshi again.

Top notch facilities and service, staff go out of the way to make the stay pleasant. Very nice view of mountain from my room and also the public onsen. I also left my phone behind at the property and the staff helped to express courier it to my next destination. Very impressed by their service level.
