I felt right at home when I arrived and was greeted by him. Despite my broken Japanese we had a wonderful conversation duriqqng my dinner. The room was lovely and everything was super clean. I would definitely recommend to stay at Himawari!

Everything is so good! Especially the food that is so delicious! And we really appreciate that the chef helped us prepare the meal without shrimp!

SEKIYA RESORT Terrace Midoubaru is located a 15-minute drive from JR Beppu Station and boasts guestrooms with a semi open-air bath. Guests can soak in the hot spring bath. It was beautiful, had a great overlook of the city. Nice, relaxing onsen in our own private bathroom, perfect few days to relax after 2 weeks of running around Japan.
