David and Enrique were both very helpful when we were in a difficult situation, and Monica(dog) and two cats were very friendly. We hope to be back again!

Five-diamond adults-only resort, top-shelf liquor, butler services on every floor. The restaurants were next level good, we loved them all. Our time by the pool each day with service from the staff was amazing - shoutout to Victor. Special mention to our butlers Daniela & Kelly - they made our whole time there effortless and wonderful - highly recommend to anyone.

Offering luxurious facilities and surrounded by palm trees, Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel Adults Only features a heated pool and in-room spa services. There is free WiFi, a restaurant and a Palapa bar. Location was excellent. Rooms very comfortable. The private courtyard, with the rooms all facing inside, was charming. Price was a little steep, but no complaints on quality and friendliness of staff.
