カンクン・バスステーションから17kmのSecrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults... The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

The beach is 10 minutes away. The rooms are very clean and large - really great place and will visit again. And the manager Massimo is a gem.

The rooms are really comfortable, the beds are plush, and the little kitchenette is a great touch if you want to cook a quiet dinner in. Also, the showers were really nice. Will definitely come back!

The apartment, the service, and the hospitality were outstanding. The location of the apartment is perfect. We often used the bus, which was very convenient and an interesting experience.
