Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

Condo Kiaraluna provides accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Playa del Carmen and offers a rooftop pool and barbecue facilities. We stayed 6 nights and stayed on the second floor. Everything was great, apartment, kitchen equipment, cleaning, the rooftop pool and of course our host Massimo. Boasting a garden and views of pool, The Diving Lodge Downtown is a recently renovated holiday home situated in Puerto Morelos, a few steps from Playa Puerto Morelos. The perfect Mexican cabins on the beach! The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed the short beautiful ten minute walk to town every evening for dinner. You can walk along the beach or down the street. It’s perfect while on vacation, especially after eating a great dinner. The best bar on the beach with the best and most attentive bartenders and staff. They are warm and create a welcoming enjoyment environment. There’s a restaurant, a pool, and option to get massages on site. The Greek restaurant had their re-opening after their remodel while we were there, and we had the opportunity to sample their food. It was good, nice to have the option. The bar also serves food.

Everything. The hacienda is beautiful, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, the towels are fluffy and smell delicious, the internet works, it has a kitchenette, it’s next door to all the X parks.

In a central area of Playa del Carmen, Departamentos K&B provides rooms with free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Very good place, comfortable, peaceful, perfectly located, close to the supermarket, within walking distance from quinta avenida and the bus station. Host very kind and helpful.

Dear Alessandra, our stay in Cancún was an absolute dream! The apartment, the service, and the hospitality were outstanding. The location of the apartment is perfect. We often used the bus, which was very convenient and an interesting experience. It was also great that the ferry ⛴️ to Isla Mujeres is right outside the door – perfect for day trips.
