We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Muscat and cannot recommend it highly enough. What truly stood out was the incredible attention we received from every member of the staff. Everyone was kind, approachable, always available with a genuine smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever experienced in terms of customer care. The food was another highlight of our stay. The buffet is outstanding, offering a great variety of cuisines that change daily. A special mention to Marinel and all the waiters and waitresses, who took excellent care of us and made every meal a pleasure. We also visited the spa and enjoyed a massage and a facial treatment—both were absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. An excellent experience in every way, and we truly hope to return.

Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. Fabulous property with a private beach and some of the best and friendliest staff I’ve met while travelling. The restaurants - particularly Shiraz and Come Prima - were excellent and they constantly went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler daughter and make her comfortable. We stayed for four nights and can’t wait to be back again.

We were so happy here: the pool was heated (I am picky about this), the handover was so smooth, the apartment was SO comfortable. Featuring mountain views, The Beach House Deux provides accommodation with a private beach area, an infinity pool and a garden, around 2.7 km from Al Sifah Beach. Breath taking views, on the see and the mountains. Very calm area, practical apartment, clean, and facilities are accessible. Area is services with restaurants and super market, but car is needed I think. We had a great holiday with isolation, happy with the views, sea, and the mountains.
