The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Special thanks to Juan, who took the initiative to help me call a cab upon my departure. His kindness made my stay even more memorable!

Guest House Santa Clara har utsikt över floden Mondego River och Coimbras universitet. It is very beautiful and cozy guest house! You can feel that they are very service minded: very friendly and sweet host, amazing common area where they offer coffee, tea, and fruit. Rooms have everything you need (including a mini fridge). We need an iron and ironing board and requested it in advance - it was there when we arrived. If you would like to buy some food and bring it in, they also offer plates and cutlery, and have microwave to heat it up. Very good location: it has cafe and restaurants nearby and it is easy to walk to the city center.
