Very warm & friendly welcome by our host family. They live just around the corner and are always easy to reach in case of questions. A nice place in the nature, just outside of Horta. The family has a big garden were they grow their own vegetables and fruit and keep their own chicken. Quiet place, shielded from the street and quiet even though it's close to the runway of the airport. But with so little air traffic it really does not matter. Nice to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine. The apartment is big, clean, modern and furnished with taste, just renovated 1 year ago and in perfect condition.

Featuring accommodation with a balcony, Villa Capelinhos is located in Capelo. This villa has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the villa's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The house was recently renovated (my opinion) . Workmanship was excellent. The house exterior,interior ,The patio ,barbeque area, pool and grounds are all nicely appointed and maintained to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with alot of extras(fruit, spices,condiments,etc). The house is isolated ,completely quiet with postcard worthly views. Bruno The owner is what is commonly known as a super host. Hé was there for me and my family in all aspects. In summary and top tier experience. My number 1 recommendation. Ps. Good Star glazing spot.

Located in Horta and with Praia da Conceição reachable within 500 metres, Largo Bispo Boutique Hostel provides a shared lounge, allergy-free rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Featuring a garden, the 3-star hostel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a city view. I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. It was very cozy, clean, had comfy beds, equipped kitchen and had everything you need. The atmosphere was very friendly. Especially the staff, senhora Anabela is very kind and greets everyone with a smile, always happy to help if you need anything. I actually went back to the hostel after my stay just to see the people I met there again :) The location is also good and central.

Towels and bed linen are available. We loved the location, right on the beach and within walking distance of Horta. We loved the apartment. It is a very natural space, composed of wood and glass, with lots of light. It was very clean with all mod cons. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. We loved the vibe of Porta Pim Bay.
