The location is excellent — central and right beside a tram stop with easy access to the train station. The balcony was a lovely bonus. Check-in was simple with a lock box, the online guide was really helpful. We had a small issue, and the host fixed it for us in less than ten minutes and communication was excellent throughout. We couldn’t fault the place and would happily stay again.

I like the fact that the host had everything prepared in a guide. Zero physical contact with the host but still got everything we needed and that's a plus for me.
