Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge. Nice big rooms clean comfortable bed nice view very friendly staff and very nicely decorated front entrance.
