It was very well located to where I wanted to go. It was within easy reach of the city-centre, the UCC, Fitzgerald Park, bus stop, a take-away and shop. The surrounding area was very clean and tidy even up by the student area. It is right near to the River Lee. Also, there was plenty of hot water and heating in the room in the evening and morning, and fresh bedding, toiletries and toilet rolls were replenished daily in the guest-house.

Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in the family room for 4 adults, with 2 double beds and it was huge, so was the bathroom attached. The beds were comfy and massive! The hotel had a beautiful style and the gardens were gorgeous. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING! There was a huge selection of continental options as well as multiple hot breakfast options that the staff were so lovely about they basically made it however you liked. The meal was so large we rarely needed lunch when touring. The location was also really convenient as they had a bus stop directly out front that took us straight into the city in less than 10minutes.

Olwyn and Roy are amazing! This traditional “above the pub” stay is now above a bourgeoning fish and chips staple in Rosscarbery. Olwyn went above and beyond to make me feel at home especially when she let met order my food a bit past cut off time to take up to my room. This location is a gorgeous setting for exploring west cork and especially close to the gorgeous Warren Beach. The energy at this spot is contagious, as they’ve only been re-opened for 5 weeks and they’re a huge success! Great place for a great price!

Friendly staff and it was clean. Liquid soap and shower gel provided. Kettle with some coffee in the room. The location was super handy too as I was arriving by train and it's literally 3 minute walk from there.
