The location was impeccable. Only a street away from the beachfront and a ten minute walk from the train station. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, looking out onto the greenery. No frills stay with a simple breakfast (cereal, bagels, spreads) and a complimentary wine happy hour for guests.

amazing! we really liked the room, the view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the pool was heated, the room was super clean and big, the wine and cheese were also amazing. the staff were extremely helpful. we also got a free room upgrade for our honeymoon. would go back!

The location is great, two minute walk to the beach, less than 1/2miles to the pier. The kitchen although small had everything you could need, pots, pans, dishes, salt, pepper, coffee, hot chocolate and even some butter, micro, stove top, small fridge w/freezer. The motel is old but very well kept up and clean. The bed is quite high, wife had to use a chair to climb in, but was comfy and had a ton of covers. I will try to stay there again next time in Santa Barbara. The courtyard/parking area w/seating and plants is compressed but extremely attractive.

I usually don't do written reviews, but this was by far the best Inn I've ever stayed at. Aron checked us in but what he actually did was being a tour guide telling us everything we could check out in the area, all while being one of the kindest human beings I've met. Then we got a free room upgrade and the new room was basically a flat including a fully equipped living room. In addition, they provide you with champagne on the house upon arrival, every single day there is a complimentary wine tasting with snacks, you can fill up your water bottle as often as you'd like free of charge all day, there is a really nice pool, and you can do laundry (wash and dry including detergent for four dollars) and rent bikes for free at their partner hotel across the street. I'm still speechless as they offer all this at a comparably really low price and everything is super clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the location js just perfect, no matter if you arrive by car or train, and the beach as well as downtown are within walking distance. Thank you so much for everything!

Steve is an excellent host and he has maintained the place very well. it has everything you need and manages to capture the essence and magic. the place is very comfortable and comfy.
