The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The house is very spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden – it’s large, well maintained, and our kids loved spending hours playing outside. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
