Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

For those who want to see Armenia from the inside and visit all the most interesting tourist places, it is difficult to imagine a more successful location. The place is just so beautiful like a fairytale scene. The staff are so friendly and the owner is especially helpful and nice. They speak good English and are welling to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the benches at the front of each cottage. It is a place for the family to sit and have a snack of chat morning and night. My son loved playing with the cat and the playground and the other kids at the stay.

We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.
