XX SETTEMBRE Urban Relais está muy bien situado en el barrio de Centro histórico, Turín, a 16 min a pie de Estación de tren Porta Susa, a 1,1 km de Estación de metro Porta Nuova y a 12 min a pie de... Communication was excellent before and during my stay. The access process with a code is very straightforward and means that you can’t lose a key/card or lock yourself out. Just make sure to memorise the code! The apartment is centrally located and close to all tourist attractions in Turin. It is on a street with a tram but I really didn’t hear it much of it at all. The room is in a beautiful, old, historical building which was so charming and makes you feel like you are living like a local! The area felt very safe which is so important to me as a solo female traveller. The room itself has been renovated while still retaining the original charm. It was spacious and was just the right temperature. The bed was comfortable and it’s such a treat to have a little balcony! The fridge and microwave is much appreciated! The shower was very good and all towels in the bathroom were clean, perfectly white and really soft. The thing that surprised me the most was that I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned at all during my stay as most apartment style lettings are not usually cleaned during a short stay in my experience. Therefore it was the most pleasant surprise to return to the room after the first day and see how well it had been cleaned and tidied! The floor had been mopped and everything. Immaculate! I was so impressed with the housekeeping every day. They even replaced the fresh drinking water in the fridge each day. There is a good supermarket downstairs which was really handy.
