Casa Carmen was the best accomodation I encountered in México! The staff was lovely and very helpful, the room was beautifully decorated and well lit, and I loved soaking in the tub with a fire going. Never felt so much luxury before. The location is wonderful, very close to the center but still very quiet. Also close to the bus terminal.
