The design of the space was exceptional, very large and comfy beds, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a kitchen we could use, interior garden and a sitting space to relax and enjoy your book. It was close to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location close to Centro and the bus station while still feeling surrounded by nature. We especially appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early from our night bus as well as when we did an overnight tour. The staff are very accommodating.

The best place to stay in San Cristobal. In a safe and quiet area, still everything is in walking distance. The staff is super friendly, breakfast is very delicious and everything is kept clean. I also loved taking a hot shower every morning. The best place to stay in San Cristóbal :)

Very, very spacious Room, beautiful central atrium to relax, friendly staff. The cleaning staff went above and beyond every day and left our room absolutely sparkling. The hotel is an older building, and its furniture and features are not new, but we felt that this added to its charm.
