This truly family run place is a gem. Designed and built by the family it has all a perfect beach holiday for couples or families need. The family is super friendly and helpful and they speak English, Spanish and German. Communication was easy and fast and the place was easy to find. They treated us with fruit and sweets and useful information. After a short drive on a dirt road you reach this place. Don't expect sunbeds (forbidden on the protected beach) or beach discos, this place is not very developed but it has some very good fish restaurants and a super laidback athmosphere. Stock up on food and drink before you come as the store is tiny and expensive. You can make food in the shared kitchen and you get coffee, tea, milk and biscuits in the morning. The view from the roof top and the private balconies is amazing and there is a common garden with playground. The rooms are small but super clean and very well equipped with comfortable beds, fridge, reading lights, choice of ventilator or airco (run by solar panels) and some storage space for clothes. The white sand beach is very close and you can get umbrellas and chairs for free in the hotel. But the best is the lovely host family that really gives you the feeling you are welcome and appreaciated. Pets are welcome as well (even cats :-). Thank you very much for a wonderful time.

Ofreciendo un jardín y instalaciones para parrilladas, Casa Anne está establecido en Mangalia, a 9 minutos a pie de Mangalia Beach y a 45 km de Ovidiu Square. Even before arriving communication with Marian was exceptional him and his wife showed so much concern that we would get to their location efficiently. They were actually there when we arrived late in the day they went out of their way to make us comfortable and to show us every single little aspect of the apartment offered the laundry room showed us how to use the laundry machine. We had a long day of travel we were hungry and of course did not know the town at all they just happened to be heading back home and we're so wonderful as to invite us into their car show us the best restaurants the best places to shop where the best quality was versus what to avoid. I know this doesn't happen for everyone but we are just lucky they were heading out and going the way we had to go to find food so everything was wonderful. They went out of their way later to check on us and make sure everything was okay . This was a two-month trip for us through six countries which of course came with it's ups and it's Downs but when we have to put a rating out on places to stay Casa Anna gets our number one vote. We are more than happy to recommend Casa Anna as our favorite choice for Mangalia to stay.
