The wifi was strong, the heater worked well in the winter, and the water pressure was great in the shower.
The breakfast was very good and the food was fresh and well stocked.
Reception was very friendly and were able to get us into our room when we arrived a little early.

CanadaGorgeous new Hilton hotel minutes from the airport. Loved the lobby decor, wood and stone, designed with several seating areas to relax and enjoy drinks and conversation. Front desk staff were very professional and all multilingual.

My husband and I were very impressed with Hilton Garden Inn Brussels.
Spacious room with all helpful amenities including aircon, gym,quality bathroom products and ironing board.
Excellent breakfast on offer and lovely, helpful staff at reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Room was spacious, modern and well designed had everything you could need including a usb and usb c port which is useful for the international traveller. The location is perfect for Brussels, a 15 minute walk from Midi or a quick 2 stop ride over in the metro. Staff are friendly and always happy to help! I would recommend in a heartbeat.

My stay at the Hilton hotel was generally positive, with notable highlights like the enjoyable gym. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. Firstly, I discovered a kettle in the room for hot water, but it wasn't communicated to me by the staff when I asked at the reception. Additionally, there was a minor inconvenience during check-out as they initially forgot to return my 25 euro deposit, requiring a reminder.
