The staff was absolutely amazing - they were so friendly and went above and beyond every day.. I told them about my birthday and they were very kind and I got a free drink, etc.. the staff made our stay in the Hilton.

Great location close to the Hilton and the park. Everything at walking distance. Spacious modern room. Nice to have a full size fridge in the room and a water cooker, coffee machine and microwave. All equipment we would need was there.

Great location - close to Zocalo, but on a (slightly) quieter street. The employees were super-friendly and the whole place had a nice historical feel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and my son's room had a giant 100-year old safe in it! I originally considered nearby competitors - Hampton, Historico Boutique, Hotel Isabel - and didn't regret my choice for a second. They even let us have a super-late checkout (1pm) to align with our flight. The hotel was easy to find, with a clean and welcoming entrance courtyard.

The room was huge. The air conditioning worked great. Some friends were staying at the Hampton Inn Centro Historico nearby at the same time and paying slightly more but they were not happy with their room and the air conditioning didn't work so I was even more thrilled with my choice. It was really quiet. This location is close to many of the museums and other sites downtown.

The hotel is what you expect from a large Hilton in city center. Large, comfortable rooms, good service. Access to the executive lounge at the 26th floor is a nice plus, especially for the city views from up there.

A very pleasant hotel. Responsive staff, a good responsive security guard who will always help. The girl helped with the check-in, without knowing the language she explained clearly and showed patience, special thanks. The room is clean, excellent beds, comfortable environment, there is a large veranda on the roof, sofas, tables, sun loungers, a toilet, a canopy. Good WiFi. Near the reception there is a Starbucks cafe, security shops and cafes are within walking distance.
