Vasilis is an exceptional host, very helpful, polite, professional, and kind person. His family and him made us feel like at home. The room was professionally designed and clean, with all the needed stuff for a pleasant holiday. The location of the house is literally 5 min walk from a wide sandy beach with a beach bar from one side, if you prefer to go there. The garden of the property was huge, at around 4000 sq.m., where my young daughter enjoyed running and playing.The barbecue area was well designed and equipped A short run away with a car we found some nice tavernas and a cosy fish restaurant with excellent food. Katerini and Litochoro are 10 km away. Overall, the place is great, if you like quality of service, family privacy and quiet and relaxing holiday!

Gorgeous location, right next to the sea. Perfect for families with small children and those who want to run away from city crowds.

The fenced-in yard was big and had a hammock and some swings which were nice. The kitchen was quite large and the table there could easily accommodate 8 people. The air conditioners in the 2 large living rooms (the house is basically 2 connected units) worked fine and easily cooled the entire house including the kitchen. The house itself is pretty basic - no frills but adequate. There is a small supermarket about 100 meters away. The Gritsa beach is about 600 meters away, where there is a very good restaurant called Ippokampos. The owner of the house was very nice and responded within a short time to all of our questions.

Clean and bright apartment. Very good location, close to the beach. Quiet in the apartment without outside noise. Huge and comfortable double beds for a perfect rest. Very friendly and communicative host, always willing to help.
