Absolutely gorgeous place. perfect house, pool, staff. everything was good. i will definately come back. good place to stay with 2-3 families or group of friends. Private beach is perfect. Pool is very nice and has a beautiful view. Rooms are big, nice and all house is modern and clean. And host Giovanni - very friendly and helpful. He organized us full day boat trip - it was very good. also helped us to find and book oyster tour.

Amazing host. Tereza was so helpful, meeting us when we arrived, after suggesting where to do a little shopping beforehand. We received a guided tour of the lovely villa and grounds along with excellent suggestions of where to visit and which restaurants to try. The villa and facilities are amazing. Fabulous pool and easy access to the sea from the lower of the many terraces. A great place to relax in your own space and a good base from which to explore.

This is a stunning villa. The location could not be better if you like being by the sea. A car is essential and access to the property is down a relatively steep hill but manageable for a medium sized car or larger. We loved being by the sea with a great pool and access to a kayak and paddleboard. Maro and his parents were perfect hosts and helped us during the week including on the last day before we flew home. The villa is accessible from Dubrovnik and we visited there twice in the week. We also drove to Bosnia (30 mins away) and Montenegro (90 mins away) - Montenegro is stunning and equal to Croatia. We thought that we would need to use the sofa bed in the lounge but our hosts had an extra bedroom for my son which we weren't expecting.

The house has a good location and a beautiful view for the sea! One can feel that one is arriving in somebody’s home and not in an apartment for rent. It is best for 3 people, but we were 5 and we could solve it without any big problem. Don’t hesitate to book it! Good choice!
