Clean and neat room, close enogh to all amenities, had a problem in the washroom and solved within the hour, intercontinental breakfast that caters to all diets.

Located in the heart of Patong Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket offers stylish accommodation with room service. Facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre and 4 dining options. The staff, the rooms and the location. It was close enough to all the touristy things but it never got noisy inside. The staff were the best! Especially the bartenders!

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel boasts 3 outdoor pools, a spa and a 24-hour fitness centre. It offers rooms with free WiFi and a private balcony. It had everything we needed. The rooms and the pools were really nice and clean, and the placement of the hotel was also great, considering the closeness of the shops and the beach. The spa and massage was also amazing. The staff was VERY nice and cheerful, and they were exceptionally helpful (especially Alexander, who was a great help to us whenever we needed something)! Thank you for everything!

Directly across from beautiful Surin Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach, an IHG Hotel; offers a complete resort experience with modern air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. We had another wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Surin Beach. As returning guests, it’s always special to be remembered by the staff, and we truly felt welcomed back. Our boys absolutely love the Kids Club and all the activities — it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. A very special thank-you to Mr. Peach and the Kids Club team for making them feel like this is their second home. They never want to leave, and it means so much to us that you make them feel part of something special. The breakfast buffet is good, with a good selection every morning, and the F&B Manager personally checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect — a lovely touch. Special thanks as well to Nampan, Kob and the check-in team for the warm welcome back and arranging a special room for us & for making our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!
