Nice guest house at quite part of Sevan. 15min walks from center, but it's worth. If you want a rest in Sevan, I recommend this guest house. Young couple are trying to be good hosts and they succeed.

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

The location of the house nearer to the lake. Old village house with all modern facilities in it. The owner has taken the minutest care to make this house. It's very beautifully designed. We are pure vegetarians and the owners gave us daily different delicious vegetarian Breakfast. The sweetest part was we were leaving for airport early morning at 7:00 a.m they packed and gave us breakfast the previous night for our next morning travel. They are a very lovely family.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel is so amazing that I have to share my experience. It exceeded all our expectations! The design, both inside and out, is beautiful, and the attention to detail is incredible. The room had everything we could possibly need—even a coffee machine! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave. What makes this hotel even more special is that every room or house is unique. We met the owner, who showed us some of the other rooms, and each one was more impressive than the last. I’d love to stay in all of them someday! There’s also a restaurant opening soon. We got a glimpse of it, and it looks amazing—the design, menu, and concept are all so creative. I can’t wait to come back and try it. This hotel is truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!
