Owner is fantastic and the place is as advertised, which is quite basic but that's what I expected. They organised an excursion for me and we're very accommodating, polite, reasonable when changes needed to be made.

perfectly located- calm but ins walking distance of mainroad with alot if shops/ restaurants and the botanical garden. super friendly an helpful staff. nice patio. warmwater in the shower and a cosy room. we stayd there two times couple of days.
